Think that this amazing hotel is beyond compare, liked it. Immaculate, pet-friendly room complete with such a large bed and microwave, as for instance. Attentive and helpful hotel staff who were trained in customer service, everything was very good.

It was worth its 3 stars. The hotel was located near trains going by periodically, restaurants, a shopping mall.

I was really surprised by my stay. The room was modern and spacious, equipped with convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and a comfy king-size bed. The breakfast was really good with real eggs and bacon. Cleanliness was a plus as well. Truly a great value for a restful getaway.

Very friendly and helpful main desk person. Nice sheets and bed were very comfy and clean.
Towels - at this type of chain motel, the towels can ALWAYS be thicker, fuller and newer! Wall heat/AC needs to be updated.

Absolutely nothing good to say about this horrid place.
Where to begin? First off, I am not one of those habitual complainers. In fact, I've never left a negative hotel review in my life, but here we go. This place is highly understaffed and disinterested in providing a welcoming, attentive, guest experience. Upon arriving, we find out there are no courtesy carts for transporting your luggage from car to room, which was already disappointing considering we are a family of four. Then come to find out, there are no elevators either, just LOTS OF stairs. The highlight of our trip was flushing the toilet and having it completely overflow to the point of toilet water rushing to the bed. Water would not shut off, I called the front desk immediately and the girl said she would send maintenence up. 5 minutes goes by (which is a long time when you are watching your room fill with water) then I see the same front desk chick walk right by our room with a plunger and proceed to knock on the neighbors door, 2 rooms down! How dumb can you get? She finally makes it to our room after I flag her down and tells me that maintenance is off today. (Why she didn't know that when I called, is beyond me.) So she walks in and sees the water on the carpet and proceeds to exclaim, "What did you do!??" If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Long story short, we then have to trek all of our things to a new room on the complete opposite side of the hotel with no cart. With 2 small children in tow. Lovely. The final straw was the "Full continental breakfast!" that is advertised on their site and promised over the phone. I guess they consider packets of oatmeal and crumbly make-your-own waffles a full breakfast. Fruit, eggs, biscuits and gravy, oh and MILK was no where to be found. I can't forget to put down that there was no coffee made, or coffee cups either! And of course no cream even if there WAS coffee. Underwhelmed isn't even close to describing what everyone was feeling.

Nice room, friendly staff.
The pool and spa morning hours are terrible! I like to sit around the pool in the early morning, not after 10. there is no other bench on the entire property.Even a motel 6 is better on this account.or if you want to take a swim in the morning before you check out, forget it with a 11am check out

Staying at red lion inn & suites was a great choice. My king room was very clean and well-laid out. Having a fridge and microwave was a plus. Breakfast was fantastic, with real eggs, bacon, and more. It's just off the highway, perfect for convenience. Oh, and the nearby snap fitness was a nice bonus!

The staff were friendly and offered us the perfect number of towels, nothing ridiculous, just what we needed.
It wasn't exactly a bargain for what we got, but still acceptable.

Breakfast was a major disappointment. They need to improve or do away with it.
